What I think is that selling the physical disk with no software on it is dirty dealing!
I have deadly slow internet, otherwise known as DSL. I bought the physical disk so I could play right away and not wait days for the game to download and install.
But the game isn't on the physical disk, merely an app to direct your computer to download it from the internet.
GRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrr
Seriously?! :o :s
First I wasted a trip to Best Buy, who didn't have it on shelf, even though online it showed as available.
Ordered online, & paid $21.76.
(after taxes, & sacrificed my reward points to bring price down, lol!)
Have to wait a few days to receive it, and it doesn't save me the download time?!
I thought that was the whole point of the discs? :/
Base game copied/installed in 20-30 minutes, and I was hoping the exp pk would be similar... :#
I hope I have better luck trying to create a <3 Coffee Cafe <3 ...- Well, I wish I can enjoy the game...But In the detective career always on the second day, it always freezes on the loading screen!!! Like what can I do to fully enjoy my game, or I would like a refund.

This is ridiculously unfair. You have not even tried the game itself to see the positives present in it. All you are focusing on is the negative. That's like being prescribed a a thyroid medication from your doctor to keep you alive, but you refuse to take it because the "side effects" are less than savory.
If you played the game and found it to be lacking, that is an entirely different matter. To not even try it for yourself, though, and then criticize a product that you have not play tested (and thus do not have a balanced perspective of what all is offered) is absolutely absurd.
I knew someone would say something like this. I, for one, like to know what the product offers before buying it. Most of the points I mentioned are game breaking to me (aliens being probably the biggest problem) and my list is quite long. I was particularly excited for retail, photography and owning a bakery and those things seem to have a lot of negatives. It's not like I based my feedback on nothing. I've seen a lot of gameplay videos and read enough reviews to know that there are a lot of things that I won't like, that's why I made the post, because I want them to improve those things. 40€ is quite a lot and I'm not going to buy an EP just to "try it" and see if I like it. I need to be sure it's going to be worth it to me. I don't buy things on a whim or just because "it's the sims!". Maybe what I mentioned isn't a big deal for you, but you know, different opinions and all.
Just curious have you seen LGR review the game yet? That might change your mind.- It would of been better if you could start your home business like in The Sims 2.

The patients in the hospital all stand at the reception desk instead of sitting. There aren't enough workers who actually help. No break time to socialize. Its literally HARD no fun work 5 days a week!- Tell us what you are enjoying and why.

I noticed a glitch with WooHooing. The sim who initiates the woohoo always has an unsatisfied result and the other person always receive completely satisfied boost. I've have tried this multiple times and it's always the case. Also, the game also always believes it's the sim's first woohoo with a sim which is not the case. Anyone else having this issue?
Yes, me to every kiss is a first kiss and same for woohoo- funcrunch10 years agoRising Veteran

This bug has been reported; please add your report to the thread here as the more people report the bug hopefully the more they'll prioritize fixing it: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4-Bug-Reports/Woohoo-results-in-one-sim-uncomfortable-since-26-3-patch/td-p/4442038 - game force closes whenever i choose to join sims to work defeats the point of buying the game
- I would really like to be able to edit the hospital and design it to my standards. I wish the new career buildings were accessible when sims arent working.
- I posted this somewhere else but my detective sim was interrogating her perp on a bench (they were both sitting on the bench in the lobby area). During the whole interrogation, the detective is banging on an invisible table and yelling to nothing in front of her. The perp is reacting as if someone invisible is standing in front of her and yelling.
