Is there one? I just had a fire and my smoke detector went off but no one came to help. I also couldn't use my phone to call them, the only option on the phone during the fire was 'silence phone'.

No, you have to put out the fire. Or buy the sprinkler thingy.- There isn't one, you can install sprinklers in your house or put out the fire yourself.

no more burglars- No, not yet. I have a feeling they will add firefighting as a career later on though, so we may get a fire department sooner or later.
