For Rent: Build Apartments on "normal" Lots?


Ahoy!

Rather than make assumptions, I would like to ask a question about the "For Rent" pack. You will be able to build an apartment now from scratch? It's irritated me since the beginning of time that so many creative builders have made apartment buildings but you could only put one household in.

For example, this incredible amazing build. So with the expansion pack "For Rent", this lot could actually, let's say, have 3 floors as individual apartments, and perhaps the roof, outdoor area and first floor as the common areas?

If so, I've been itching for this option for ever and will buy the pack immediately!

    @Lenny_Ogg Thank you for your swift reply! I did watch the trailer, of course.
    My concern was that only apartment lots could be made into apartments. Not just any lot. So this has got me happy, heh heh! :smiley:

    I have probably about a dozen lots already that I'd love to turn into actual apartments. Well, also like a couple trailer parks where each trailer would be it's own apartment too.

    @Lenny_Ogg I made a collage of lots I want to make into "Residential Apartments"

    I guess the gigantic pirate ship is a no-go though (That rhymes!) :p
