I am intrigued by this EP but I am wondering if I can build Apts in other Neighborhoods? I may pick it up but I do not like being restricted to going to one area that has an option.
@Goldmoldar, from the blog.
For the first time ever in The Sims 4, Simmers can build a fully customizable multi-unit dwelling where multiple Sim families can live on the same lot. This is possible in ANY liveable The Sims 4 world!- FatTribble232 years agoSeasoned AceMy hopes and dreams for this pack is that every apartment in the one building on the one lot will be open and accessible with no loading screens. If so, then FINALLY we can have real apartments with real interactions that don't have to happen in the hallway/foyer thing. I will be able to delete all the faux "apartment buildings" I've downloaded from the gallery, shoved 2 or 3 unrelated families into, and pretend that they don't treat it like one house and use each other's stuff indiscriminately. Finally, FINALLY, enough housing for all my sims!
I'm am so, so happy to see marbles and hopscotch! I have a hopscotch mod, but any time I can remove a mod, I approve.
The world looks so beautiful. I won't have my sims live there because pretty much all my sims live in boring ole Willow Creek, but I can see a 7 day vacation to take in all the sights.
This comes out December 7. With my birthday being December 11 and then Christmas, there's absolutely no question as to what my birthday/Xmas gift to myself will be this year! I'll give it those 4 days to make sure there are no game breaking bugs, LOL. If there are, I will be heartbroken. - leucosiax2 years agoSeasoned AceMulti-family residence can add a whole new level of gameplay. I have been attempting at this for quite some time , and relieved they are finally adding it officially to the game.
I really hope this lot type can be implemented in all of the worlds. "LeucosiaX;c-18323008" wrote:

@LeucosiaX, just the livable worlds.

2 Studio apartments on the ground floor, 2 2-bedroom apartments on the upper floor, if I can make them fit. The basement will have a workout room, laundry room, probably a game room, and an area for the water heater and electrical game play objects. The backyard will have a small garden and pool. - EneroDesyembre2 years agoNew ScoutAs a southeast asian simmer that was really disappointed with how criminally land-locked and non tropical worlds usually are, tomarang feels like a necessary breath of fresh air. Kind of wild considering I've been thinking of getting island living and my wedding stories, two packs inspired by cultures I cannot relate to just for the fact they have coastal worlds with beaches to swim on only for this new pack to essentially fall from the heavens (or crawl right out of the underworld if it turns out it's not that good).
Also? If you have vampires and other occult packs you'll probably be able to play the game like hotel transylvania which is kinda funny - SEREFRAS2 years agoLegendI'm so excited to having my fake Burglars Twins become actual Burglars in Sims 4. I made them with some Kleptomaniac Traits & so had to dress them like the Sims 3, well sort of. Lol >:) :D
- I wonder if sims can break into apartments, will there be some protection from it? Maybe a security alarm?
Cause those sims in the trailer are breaking in for information to blackmail whoever lives there, not to swipe items. This could be leading the way for actual burglars to make it into the game - scoed12272 years agoRising Hotshot

Maybe we will get a NPC burglar in the pack or as a free base game update, but likely not but the ability for a sim to break and enter and the klepto trait means we can be the burglar. And the pranks we can pull off. Burglars are coming to my game one way or the other. - g01denswan2 years agoRising AceI wonder if the air conditioners and radiator are functional.
Or if we can create boarding schools by just making bedrooms as separate apartments and the classrooms and everything else is shared.
