Today I decided to play in fountain view penthouse and I think maxis/ea got really lazy because all it is is a kitchen, toilet and a bed randomly placed in the corner

It's rumored they have some restrictions on itemcount or something with pre built lots, so it runs without lag on any computer on a fresh game. So most lots are not really fleshed out.
