Fountain view penthouse
Today I decided to play in fountain view penthouse and I think maxis/ea got really lazy because all it is is a kitchen, toilet and a bed randomly placed in the corner

You can download the 'Artsy Penthouse Loft' on the gallery from the Maxis account. So while they didn't add the fully furnished loft to the game, you can't really say they were too lazy to create it.
Omg thanks for posting. I didn't even know they had a Gallery ID where they uploaded more builds. The Magnolia Promenade builds on their account they should have shipped with the expansion, I love them.
