That doesn't even begin to explain it. I was in the zone with my current sim family when origin kicked me out and QUIT! To tell me the game had a patch update....and there was not even a patch update ...

Oh I am aware of that - but Error numbers tell techs what the issue is creating the error and error 12 is a memory issue error.
