Gardening

Okay so is this how it's supposed to be? If I sell a single dregonfruit from my sim's inventory, it sells for 695. But if instead, I put the same exact dragonfruit in the house inventory and sell it, I get 1250!!!

It said in the house inventory that it was 695 but when I sold it, I got the 1250!

Is this supposed to happen?

I sold another one (both are valued at 695 in game and perfect) but sold for the 695 price.

So selling from house inventory is a bonus of 1250 - 695 = 555!!!!

    Wow! That's insane. This (glitch?) could so easily be exploited then to make gardening the main source in every household! It would be more challenging to play without a garden.

    Also, I thought it was something to do with having one sim tend the garden before the other got around to harvesting it. But if it's because you leave the lot, then that makes it unavoidable. Finally, a good glitch that helps people!!! Lol

    From now on, when I see a new glitch, I'm going to use my Glenda voice from Wizard of Oz and ask, "are you a good glitch or a bad glitch?"

    Yeah, I noticed that when I came back from a long break, so I'm assuming it is a bug. Also, even though I never put anything harvested from my garden into the household inventory, when I check it after awhile there will be stacks numbering over 100 of different types of crops I am currently growing.
