Sorry, but this made me laugh! I'm imagining the event coordinators for San Myshuno scrambling around trying to figure out why no one bothered to check the weather before setting up.
I know that this is in actuality, very frustrating. However, I kind of love it? Before the weather was always perfect you could do anything anytime anywhere. Now, there are real consequences. I might want to take my sim to the festival, but the weather is bad so I'll have to wait for the next one. It just adds a layer of realism and an added challenge, for me.
