Get Famous NOT worth the money or TIME

I like it

I'm starting to get annoyed about it too, but mostly because of the random messages from townies. Like, some random sent my teen sim a mean text that went something like "you? a celebrity? what a joke!", which was... something since the only notable thing my teen sim has done was make a B in school. She has no celebrity points. In fact, I turned the celebrity system off in the game options. But I still get these random texts, and some of them are creepy. Like my non-famous child sim got a text from some random old guy saying how much he looks up to her.

You missed "Players complain cuz the game has a gazillion bugs and always doesn't work properly and stutters everywhere on good computers.
EA tries to fix said bugs.
EA creates more bugs.
Players complain some more."

Oof, see these are the comments that grate my nerves. Its people like this that make these companies keep making horrible content. People who excuse everything they do and defend them no matter what (I see the same comments from the same people attacking those who dare to say what is wrong with the game). Videogames are media and just like we criticize books, movies, and music, we are allowed to do the same with games. Also, this forum is filled with censorship and people defending everything EA does and it drives me bonkers. This is why I usually visit the forums on other sites where people speak freely and actually talk about the pros AND cons.

I have to agree. And it’s not any of our gaming pcs or the console which the sims 4 is on. When they all have the same bug it’s most definitely the game.

I like Get Famous for all the extra ways you can make money or even have them as a job at home. Unless you like going to restaurants and have paparazzi step on your head because you are a no body and someone way more famous needed pictures taken :joy:

I like this pack. The disgust thing is a bug that will be fixed in a patch. GF isn't just about getting famous it has a lot of good buy build items in it plus you get opportunities for blind dates and careers that start you at level 5.

I have more problems with city living than I expect GF has. I haven’t been able to go to the festivals right because of the iverlapoing carnivals, and I am afraid to place a sales table down anywhere I can’t go into build and get rid of it because I was having problems being able to put it back in my inventory. But I still like it. There are a lot of apartments for my sim to live in. I just hope they are able to fix the bugs in it soon. GF looks like it has a lot of stuff to it with the acting career, reputation and fame system. And the fact you can make almost any of your sims famous through their career is exceptional I think. I have just been updating my families before I purchase it. I have been reading about the music mixer and things like that, thot sound like they will be fun to use.
