Get Together: Stop Automatic Gatherings

May there be a patch so that gatherings only start on our queue, as in actually clicking the Start Gathering button?

The only issue I’ve had is a random townie starting a club gathering- that no one in my active household is a part of- at the Starlight Accolade Award ceremony. My sim won an award but never actually received it due to this sim trying to constantly tell jokes using the microphone. I was so mad that I shut my computer off without closing my game.
