Getting custom art onto console

Are there any how to videos on doing this? I noticed letters, photos and all types of custom stuff on the console. I'd like to make my own, but no clue how to do so. Mainly want to create wall art. Like take my real photos and put them in this photography studio I am building. Or is there a content user out there who will take request and do stuff for you?

    The only way I know of making custom art in game is by having your sim take pictures of in-game stuff. Also it might be possible, but I haven't tried, to name and adjust your pictures to the same file type and dimensions of in game pictures and see if they show up in your game. You can check on the gallery for people who do this kind of uploads, and ask them how it's done.
