There are especially three sims I have in mind that Nifty knitting would be great for :)
The first one is my vampire sim who loves gardening and painting. And I could really see her spending the day safely indoors knitting things and then visiting her npc grandchildren and great grandchildren with hand knitted toys and clothes in the evening. She loves to spoil her grandchildren :P
The second is the stay at home dad of my spell caster family. I can see him trying to find a few minutes to relax with knitting when the children are occupied with other things and his wife focuses on her career.
The third sim I had in mind is for when I am done setting up the houses and npcs for my save were vampires took over the world and every non vampire is only trying to survive. He would spend the day trying to survive by fishing and gardening, and also be making his own clothes by knitting. And during the night he would hide indoors hoping the vampires won’t find him.
