Giving out house keys!

You aren't alone, I love this feature!
I give keys to the closest family friends, specifically the ones that stop over most frequently unannounced. I'm all good with my Sims being the "place to hangout" and it's inconvenient having to always answer the door. B) Before my Single sim got married, I specifically gave keys to ladies that seemed interested too. Worked out well, one ended up being his Soulmate.

Besides, friends with keys = free childcare services.

I haven't been playing, so didn't know this was an option :o

I did not know this was a new feature they'd implemented, but I love it! Gonna go crazy giving house keys now, lol.

I gave Caleb one and now am regretting it so I may have to take it back. He and my sim were very friendly but she now has a new friend Dustin Broke and while they were getting even friendlier she queued up an action to watch Caleb.....he was upstairs playing the guitar...awkward.

This is a great idea. I really love this with apartments and its neat to see it implemented for houses as well.

Wait, what? We can have our sims give out HOUSE keys in addition to apartment keys?!

Wait, what? We can have our sims give out HOUSE keys in addition to apartment keys?!

Yes If you click on a sim now there is an option that says residential key
