Giving them a job without playing with them?
I want to change what sims are the neighbours without having to play with all the families. You know, just move the old ones out, create new ones and move them in. But then my town is filled with sims...

Is there a regular cheat or is there a mod? I had mods in TS1 but haven't in TS2 (skipped TS3) and for TS4 I figured I might wait until they are done releasing packs, and then decide on whether to get mods or not.
The best mod I know of and use to do what you’d like to do is MCCC. It’s a very powerful tool and I love it. Also the creator keeps it up to date providing updates in a timely manner when the game gets patched.
