Glowing upon Polite or Friendly Greeting?

I've just noticed this this week... as certain Sims greeting new Sims the Sim being greeted briefly glows red. The glow goes away instantly and I notice no unusual attributes for either Sim. At first I wondered if the new Sim was a vampire, but it isn't holding up. Clues?

    Do you have The Sims 4 Parenthood?
    Some sims grow up with good manners. If a sim has Good Manners trait, they can do the polite introduction (the glow comes from there) that gives the sim a large head start in positive relationship (usually, sims immediately become friends).
