Gnomes in Sims 4

I was wondering, are you guys going to allow Gnomes in Sims 4 to reproduce like in Sims 3? I miss that :)

I dont think the gnomes in Sims 4 move anymore? I've had one in my garden and it hasnt moved in like 3 hours :/ I miss the creepy gnomes who would just show up in my sims bedroom
