Does anyone use the Gremlins lot trait? Does it always make absolutely everything on the Lot break? I just suffered the most horrific day in my orphanage lol... Since the wicked orphanage keeper us...

That's pretty much how gremlins work. Though it doesn't do that every night at least in my game it hasn't.
