Does anyone use the Gremlins lot trait? Does it always make absolutely everything on the Lot break? I just suffered the most horrific day in my orphanage lol... Since the wicked orphanage keeper us...

Oh my! I got rid of the trait after that first night. I guess it would be okay if there weren't so many breakable items in the house - you could work on getting handiness up!
