But, is that like a Blizzard of '78 standards? I feel like My concept of a Blizzard and their concept are two different things.
My definition: School/work cancelled, traveling is a no go. You walk out the door and the snow comes up to your thighs.
it's below 0 and ice is hurting your face, and you're considering moving to a warmer climate.

I really hope there's good differentiation for worlds. Like you'd never get hail in Salvadorada but it might happen a lot in Windenburg.

This will likely be an unpopular opinion, but when have I ever been concerned about being popular in this stretch of the internet?

Unless the frequency of hail is drastically reduced I'd rather it be excluded. It was hailing out all the time in the previous two iterations, and while I do live in a region that receives scant precipitation I have a hard time believing that there are areas out there that get 50% of their summertime precipitation in the form of hail.

Here in the UK we get hail in April, hard enough to leave dents in my mum's car. Hail is the REAL frozen rain.

Its long weekend on the US right now. SimGuruEmory told us on twitter to expect the gurus to be quiet on twitter and expect them to be back at answering questions on Tuesday. Is this your first time looking forward to the expansion packs? When they are marketing the expansions they always have themed weeks. City living for example, a week after the announcement they talk about Apartments(that is where we got the news that they are aren't buildable) the next week is about neighborhoods and so on and so on. I expect them to actually have theme weeks again, who know maybe next week they will talk about one season, then another on the next week, etc.

It's official guys and gals; No hail included either.

But hey, it's going to be the best and most realistic Seasons EP ever, right? ...
