Has anyone ever started a household with an elder only?

I've never played a household that was just a single elder, but I have had elders living with their children and helping raise grandchildren and such. Someday I'd like to play a family long enough that I get to play a retired couple in old age just enjoying their last days together going on vacations and such. That's the dream.
