Has anyone successfully done a house call for the Doctor Career?

Is this a bug or did I do something wrong? I got a prompt to go on a house call and it said to click on the front desk to take the assignment. I saw a red heart icon on the front desk and so I click...

You have to actually click on the receptionists desk. Not the computer, chair or co-worker and you should get a "Go to house call" option. Click ok to go to another lot. Click on your sim to "Return to the hospital" when all patients have been treated.
