Has the bug that fences create concrete floors been reported yet?

It just occurred to me that I have had this issue when the fence was attached to the house. If you drag the fence tool from a foundation out, the fence has more height based on how high the foundation is. I think I kept a part like that but I drew the rest of the fencing from the other direction so it didn’t carry foundation height with it. The fence height won’t be consistent but you can combine different fencing to get approximately the same height.
