Have 3 sims dance at same time not working help please

I was hoping there was a console command to complete a social event task, but there doesn't appear to be. I"m not opposed to using cheats if the only reason I"m doing so is to work around a bug or glitch. Ahh well.

Same, went looking for a cheat but unfortunately I couldn't find one. Guess this means I'll just have to cheat my way through this Party Animal aspiration, then. :lol:

New patch did not seem to fix this, I'm not seeing much discussion of this on the forums which makes me wonder if it's happening to everyone or only some of us. Can anyone confirm if anyone can complete a social event task that requires x number of sims to perform x action?

Any party quest that is supposed to be done at the same time doesn't work. It is not just dancing, it is also playing a game (don't wake the llama,..)

I'm actually surprised this hasn't been patched yet since it impacts a major feature of the game, I guess they are focusing on the console version so maybe they didn't find the time to patch such an obvious bug? I'm a little nervous that having the console version out there may mean that we have to wait longer for bug fixes on PC, I hope I'm wrong. I'm also surprised this bug made it through play testing at all... kind of a hard thing to miss since it completely breaks social events, I hate to feel this way but it really reflects poorly on Maxis QA that something this obvious made its way into the game.

I did it by having 3 of my household sims form 3 group with 3 different guests (1 for each of my household sims) and have 6 of them (in total) to dance together

Irritated this still isn't fixed. I know they don't care much about fixing current issues, only making money with stuff/game packs. However, the least they could do is create a cheat.
