I like when sims go from being great friends to a romantic relationship personally. So I'm for Si Luna ship. However, The Car Luna ship would be good too because he has the Goofball trait and I can see them playing pranks together and having a good laugh.
There is also option 4 in which you do a reverse harem and she dates all three of them and then see how much drama can be had in the game or if there can be a peaceful coexistence between her and her 3 guys. I personally do a lot of reverse harems and harems in my games and it could always be an alternative.
Or you could save at a key point then do 3 arcs with a save for each guy. Name one after Si one after Car and the other after Tommy because we can Save As in our game and load a saved game to find explore the potential with each possible choice we can give our sims.
