I think its in the debug menu in build buy (bb.showhiddenobjects and bb.showliveeditobjects cheats on). I was playing around with that menu a few days ago and saw it. Theres a kiosk looking stand that the boba tea bar can "snap" into and a smaller food stand cart if I remember correctly. I can upload them to the gallery for you this morning when I get off work.
