Holiday Gnomes City Living Apartments

My sim lives in apartment 930 Medina Studios and just recently celebrated Harvestfest 2 days ago. The gnomes + seed packets appeared. I didn't count the gnomes nor did I take any screenshots but if I had to guess... 4 gnomes? (A few in the kitchen and one in the bedroom.) With 3 sims in the household.

Do you have room for them to spawn? I just played my Sims in an apartment over the weekend and they spawned for me. It's usually 3 that spawn for me no matter how many Sims live there. You can always just buy them and they do the same thing.

Weird. I've always had the number of spawned gnomes correlate with the number of sims (except toddlers) whether that be 2, 5 or 8... It stopped being that way for me this year some time. Even weirder when @annalee87 seems to have 3 like you. Even though @SimplyJen might have gotten more than 3. Strange.
Maybe my game was bugged until now xD

Shame to have to go to build/ buy mode to get more though since it takes away from the game, I don't mind spending the simoleons but I'd rather no gnomes spawn than not enough. Maybe I should just remove the tradition then.
