Cooking is one of my favorite activities in game so I was on board the minute it was announced. ( Yes I know. I'm on board for all packs. ?)
CAS is never a big issue for me. With only one family I'll never get around to trying out everything. Every time I go into CAS I find something I've forgotten about. Or never even noticed.
I too would have preferred the pizza on a platter when preparing at home.
I haven't had a chance to try out the food stall but from all the pics I know it's going to be fun.
