I don't think it'll be gaited, but it's there. - Oh, a dappled gray pinto.
Since you can customize horses, I'm sure it'll be possible."deadncrispy;c-18290788" wrote:
Also what do you mean by gaited
Foxtrotters are gaited. Like Saddlebreds and Standardbreds and Tennessee Walkers and Rocky Mountain Horses and Icelandics are. They don't just walk/trot/canter but also pace or rack (Icelandics have what's called a tolt) where they walk really really smooth and fast so it's almost like trotting, but you don't have to post the trot or get bounced all over if you sit the trot.
I rode a Rocky stallion once, and his gait was smooth as silk. Almost like we were standing still, but he was booking it down the road. "deadncrispy;c-18290796" wrote:
no that's actually a Missouri fox trotter just a different coat they have multiple breed coats
Uh yes. I know that's the breed. I'm just saying the color. It's dappled. It's gray. And it's pinto, likely tobiano, depending if that patch on the croup goes over both sides.- I thought this was interesting.
Why is it called a Missouri Fox Trotter?
The fox trot, the gait that makes this horse like a dancer, is a syncopated two-beat gait. The horse walks with his front feet and trots with his hind feet. The name comes from the fox which leaves only two tracks. Its hind foot steps in the track left by the front one.
