Actually, the website sells CDKey, so just need access to pre-order for the new EP. Judging from the first two roadmaps released punctually, we will get the next one on Jul 11th, and then Maxis starts the propaganda, which is highly reasonable.
If the release isn‘t in July, I guess a date in October/November is more likely. August is a dead holiday time.
Are you a newcomer? Now Maxis has a stable release cycle. We get three or four roadmaps every year one or two of which suggest the coming EP fitting in the theme slogan. During the roadmap promotion period, We have a reveal trailer the same day of pre-order and a gameplay trailer during the pre-order period, and the pre-order lasts about one month.
