There is the Hunter perk that will satisfy that craving. It is unfortunately a rabbit hole while they hunt, but they will come back with more than one piece of meat, and they will devour it in front of you. Also if you get the Voracious Hunger perk that allows them to eat objects, like say furniture. That perk will also allow them to eat chickens whole.
