How deadly is the crow?

I find my crow is very often off to debate with other crows, and I kind of expect that this is also leading up to an attack if crow is not well enough tended to.

How likely is the attack to happen? Will it always cause death? Will there be a warning?

The Teardrop Cottage had me freaked out as I did not know they had a crow "hidden" on the lot. When I found it it was not vey happy, LOL.  Is it ok to check a crow only once per day?

The crow is about as deadly as the cottage living chicken and rabbit attacking, UNLESS you have the chased by death trait. Meaning one time if you provoke the crow to attack you and your sim will definitely die.

You'll get a warning before hand not to be provoking your crow too much or else you'll be pecked to death.

  • Not at all deadly, I actually tried to get a sim killed by it but she could just keep mocking it night and day, not feed it or clean it's perch and it never attacked.

  • Ah, good to know! Thanks! Then I will not fear too much bad stuff happening unless I actively makes it happen. Forgetting to feed will happen at some point, I'm sure...

I like their gifts :) My Cracrow household has a long tradition of protecting the crows, They have 5 crows in their house ;)  Many gifts, but unfortunately nothing of greater value. Maybe they will get surprised some day.

When exploring Crow's Crossing the first time I found several crows stands in town, but when my lady Cracrow walked down to look for them (I was planning it to be this family's chore to feed them) I could not find any. Are they on public ground only during the Family Day festival?
