- Okay. My retail business from NewCrest. I live in apartment from San Myshuno. Because apartment is not here from NewCrest.
- Suziish7 years agoSeasoned AceI'm not sure what you are asking. It doesn't matter what town you live in and what town the retail (or vet clinic or restaurant) is in. You can live anywhere and own business anywhere.
- Okay. I created new sim as roommate for my sim. Because my sim is unemployed, my sim have retail business.
- JanuaryGarnet087 years agoSeasoned AceYou always need a sim in the business owning household. Because the business is owned by the entire household. So you have your sim and his roommate, by the game mechanics they are both owners of the business because they are considered a household. Should your sim die (just for example) then the roommate would be the sole owner, unless you have expanded the household.

Okay. How to make my sim was not unemployed from his business?- JanuaryGarnet087 years agoSeasoned AceRight now, business owners are marked as unemployed, as far as I know there is no way to change it.
