Send her to the bathroom and click on the toilet. You'll have an option to take a pregnancy test.

I do not have a test option so i think she isn't it?

Your Sim also has to have done the Try for Baby interaction before she can take a pregnancy test.

TFB is the only to have a baby, so there can never be an "unexpected" baby...at this time. Alien abductions added back in can change that. When they TFB, the option to "take pregnancy test" appears when clicking the toilet.

I'm not 100 % sure but I believe that we still get a little melody like in TS3 when woohoo was successful :D .

so my sim got pregnant but did not get pregnant from doing the try for baby interaction it was by constant woohoo and i thought my sims was getting fat so then i made the slimmly serum it said couldnt as my sim was pregnant. i can't do the pregnancy test cause its been a few days is there a way we can still check for pregnancy after like 2-3 days of being pregnant?

This is like going to hospital for a belly ache and finding you were pregnant the whole time
