How do you all operate your restaurants?

Since the restursants came from a game pack called Dine Out this thread should probly be moved to Game Pack. Anyways I do like the restursants they are fun. If you hire staff they can be open 24 hours, they will also work as a npc ran restursant if it hasn't been bought by a played sim household. It will also generate your sims some income if you take another household to the restursant. The restursant will operate as a NPC restursant except the owning played household would get money for the time your other played sims spend there.
