The reality of this situation is they are making these games for younger players. Although we all know that the older players are the ones dominating in playing the game. See the younger players aren't looking for much. It's the older players and storytellers who have high expectations for the games. When in actuality the dev's aren't thinking about the storytellers or the older players who are looking for real life in the game. The younger ones have no expectations. They love all of the little things added to the game. It feels like reality to them. That's who their catering to. Jmo... but yeah
