Is the way you get sims to become engaged been changed for the My Wedding Stories pack? I'm no longer finding it in the romance socials. I looked everywhere else I could think of that it might have be...

On starting a new game without mods the option was there once the relationships built up enough. So it is an issue with a mod.
To be expected after a new game pack, I had one mod making it so my sims couldn't do dishes (I had to manually drag them with the mouse to get rid of them)...and it was a mod that the mod author just updated a few days ago, so the new pack today broke it again.
