for creative/inspirational: create a house, put down the baiscs, add a easel and wall and add the ability to paint murals. have a computer as well for writing and research art.
work your cooking skills to level 10 and get an inspirational moodlet, research art and finish a mural as well as learning cooking for cooking videos. add in the various lot traits specifically targeting those creative outlets. you can get multiple skills levelled very quickly.
