How do you turn off this visual effect above sims heads?

How do you turn off the this visual effect that now happens after getting Get Famous? I am in a restaurant and I want to take pictures without these effects. Is there a mod or some toggle option? This effect seems to be happening a lot when the sims are talking in the restaurants and most likely other public places.

Edit: I didn't realize this was caused by lot traits because I never used them before. I downloaded a new restaurant lot today and it's the first item from the gallery that I've downloaded that had lot traits, so I thought it was a part of Get Famous because I never seen this happen before today. Anyways, removing the traits fixed this.

I do not have the new ep and my Sim gets that all the time when she is telling Sims about new ideas and such. I believe my Sim has had that since I started playing her and I believe it is from having the Nerd brain and genius aspirations and trait. The light bulbs represent ideas. The actor sparkles I believe are just stars and sparkles. Not sure as I said I do not have that ep -

Yeah, definitely not a part Get Famous. That was my mistake for thinking it was. I never used lot traits before, and the new lot I downloaded last night ended up having them so I thought it was a Get Famous thing because I never seen this before last night. This new lot had some kind of trait that affected Charisma, and there was a couple others as well. After clearing those, all was good and there were no more effects.

I also noticed the night before last when I last played my Sim was singing in a Karaoke contest in CL - The place with the stage - Honey something or other - and she got those same things while she was singing - the light bulbs etc - and that place has some traits as well.
