After type freerealestate on
You can move your sim into any lot. You can only add money in live move. Either with mother lode or ‘money x’ x is the amount of money you want
Edit: you cannot add money in CAS mode, you can do the free real estate cheat in the map before you them in. - cyncie3 years agoSeasoned AceMoney can’t be changed in CAS. Just drop the household into a starter, or even an empty lot, then open the cheat console, enable cheats and enter motherlode (several times if you want). To add specific funds type in “Money X” with the “x” being the amount you want them to have. Then, just have the household move from the lot they’re in to the new home.
- GalacticGal3 years agoLegendWouldn't that be just the best CAS? Able to assign skill levels up front. (Who ever heard of a family with teenage kids and none of them has a single skill?) And to augment the paltry amount of money they are to commence life with. Oh, well. This is why I have the MCCC mod.

It would be amazing if we could customise sims' skills, jobs and financial status to our liking in CAS. I use story mode occasionally but it's hard to create a sim that fits my exact requirements, and those can be only YA and above. - Yeah I have to second @GalacticGal's comment up above. Editing in some basic values to Townie sim replacements is pretty convoluted even with MCCC.
