- I was living in a single bedroom house and it's bill was 5,254
I was shook. - I always play in a big house, so my bills are usually around 5,000? and even with the thermostat never being turned off, my bills still seem to be the same.
- janysesNew ObserverMine have jumped extremely high and I'm loving it.
- My most recent bills were $17,000... and I'm living on a lot where they used to be roughly $5,000 (before Seasons)... honestly, the amount of money the thermostat increases the bills to be is ridiculous! I expect the bills to be higher, but this increase is overly dramatic! It shouldn't cost an extra $12,000 just because I have the heat/AC on!
- I am very careful of how I use the thermostat so the bills don't increase that much. Unless there is a heatwave or it's freezing outside I don't use it, and in the moment that the temperature decreases or increases I turn it off! I don't even need to use it during spring and fall. If you are careful with this your bills should be ok!
Also try to get the frugal trait for all your sims, it helps a lot! - My first bill during winter season for my favourite household to play was 43000 simoleons :#
- My sims' bill was over 100,000. Good job I tend cheat their funds lol.
- Mine increased very little. My Sims live in a two-story, four-bedroom house and the bills haven't exceeded 4,500 simoleons. So it's quite manageable.
- susanleonaSeasoned TravelerSome families take more of a hit than others, so I'm trying to get them the frugal trait and take jungle trips for loot. Even without turning on the thermostat and it's only spring.
