Because I've seen a few people (not necessarily in this thread) bring up how this feels like two Stuff Packs in one, I went looking up object count for B/B items in SPs and GPs. The majority of the SPs have a small B/B object count that rarely goes beyond 50 objects. I think only Laundry Day has more than 50 B/B.
Now that means that a GPs B/B object count, by definition of being worth two SPs, would be ~100 (but actually less because the average object count is ~45 on average, not ~50). But the GPs actually average over ~100 items. ROM has the fewest, I think, at around ~84, but JA for example has ~179. Basically, two SPs equal less than one GP
based on B/B item count.
So with that being said, DHD will more than likely equal more than two SPs because all GPs do. However, I'm more interested in seeing how many more B/B objects DHD has compared to other GPs. DO, which I would argue focuses the most on B/B of all GPs, up until DHD, has 142 B/B objects. (That's actually less than JA, as mentioned above).
So, I guess what I'm trying to say here is
- the SP comparison is kinda useless just because all GPs equal over two SPs in this specific regard (and this regard -- B/B -- matters because the whole focus IS B/B).
- DHD would have to have more B/B objects than the highest GP currently has (JA - 179) in order for me to personally feel like it's justified in being a GP that doesn't offer much else beyond just a bunch of B/B. Like, if it's not going to add the traditional things that GPs have been adding, then it absolutely needs to blow them all out of the water with it's B/B count.
Hope this makes sense!
