- aejp24Seasoned NoviceI guess the average would be three kids but some have 4-6 kids and some only have one or two. One thing I've noticed is that all my families have kids.
- Honestly, I like a variety but I think most of my sims have an average of three to five. Though some have had up to seven. I don't think I have had any sim that has been an only child except in the case of being the only child of their parents and having half-siblings.
- I voted one but prefer 1-2 depending on the couple and my feelings at the time.
I like the family dynamic of having more then one child (and love to see other people's play throughs where they have large families) but tend to get bored/frustrated if I have too many sims in one family at the same time. I like to have my sims complete their Aspirations (including their childhood ones even if I'm bored of them) or top their careers which I find easier with less overall sims to concentrate on. So really it depends on my mood, how my sims are doing in their lives and if a sim wishes for another child. That last one has thrown me a curve ball a time or two lol. - Just the one  Maybe two if my Sims have room in their house or when I feel like it. Very very rarely do they have more than two.

oh wow that's a first- So it seems like two is winning so far
After reading this yall got me wanting to give my current couple 5 lol - It definitely depends on the couple.
- PhonecallzNew SpectatorAt the moment, the family I am playing have one daughter who is a child. They are both in their adult life stage now and have been for some time and I’m still undecided if I should make them have another baby or not. I just moved them into a three bedroom house and feel like it would be appropriate, but I feel like looking after babies and toddlers is so much work!
- DominoBean21New NoviceI need a 'depends' option. Some sims have only one kid, others have a lot.

I agree I don't like big households to play.
