How to change entries in copied CC?

I'm not sure exactly what you mean. Are you using Sims4Studio? If so, you'll probably get more responses and better help if you ask in their help section.

Did you clone an EA picture and that is what is messing up?

Or did you just add additional swatches to a CC picture frame you downloaded?

If you are wanting to clone a CC painting, you have to put that in your Sims4Studio Mods folder, and then clone it. That way it creates it's own instance number. Probably what is happening is that since it has the same instance number, they are being overridden by the other ones.

I started with one CC piece from Sims 4 Studio. I have three different picture collections together. I copied and pasted into folder to have two more using the reserved pictures.
The Original was 108 with 6 different images with 18 different frames. 6 woods, 6 blues from inverting from wood, and 6 white to black.
First copy double 108 with 16 pictures to frame, the second was between with 10 to frame. Putting them all three when 'finished'. The problem is only the original copy showed with disorganized pictures than how I placed them. They weren't properly changing and stuck with same swatch for most of the frame variants.
I removed the copied two and tried copying the first to split to have less swatches to make the management better. Both still didn't work together. The one is now there alone that isn't having the problem and I can change swatches like normal.
I'd rather just change the data to fix on having the copies back properly. I tried to take my time, but my hand was awkward when finishing.
