- I have something like 17 game saves, so it's definitely possible. Now that you mention it, it makes me want to go back to my very first game save to see what the heck I was doing in 2014.
- You should just be able to load them from the Load Game button whenever you want to switch between them. If you're worried about accidentally losing your current household, you could back the save up and keep a copy somewhere safe, just in case. Carl's guide can give you instructions on how to do that here.
- Reddestiny921Seasoned Veteranwell I'm no youtuber but when you have more than save you can just load whichever you want to play and leave the other till you want to go back to it. I usually bounce between saves, now I have newer save with the Goths Bella was unfaithful to Mortimer but in my older save with them they passed together peacefully after just enjoying their family I prefer to have a lot of saves :)
- I usually create a new save when my game hit a major milestone, so in case something happens I have a backup to fall back to. So I guess it's safe to say that yeah, you can create as many saves as you want and keep them safe. Just load the one you want to play via Load Game button.
Cheers! - Once you create a new save everything you do is independent of any of your other saves. To play a different save just select ‘load game’ on the main menu which will bring up a UI box displaying all of your saves. Saves that were created before the new save management UI was added will not have a preview picture of the household until you play it, but any game that you have saved recently will display the last played household in the preview window.
- I have (no exaggeration) 100 saves

I was wondering how to play two save games at once. I recently decided to start doing a LP on my youtube channel. (I have never done a LP before) I was wondering how I am supposed to go about playing two save games at once. I have a current household that I love and I don't want anything to happen too if I start playing another save game. Can I just go back and forth from each save game from the save menu without anything happening? Thanks!
First of all, NOTHING will happen to game save A, for instance, whilst you're playing game save B. They are two separate entities. Now, if you are talking about rotation play where you're playing two different households, that's another story. Best advice I can give is to set your game so that only the Active Household ages. - I play lots of saves and nothing happens to them when I'm not playing so it works just fine.
