How to reset sims skills, aspirations, etc to zero

I downloaded a sim from gallery that has most of her skilks maxed and most of the aspirations already complete plus already had a job and a club however I would like to start fresh with all this sim b...

um, somehow when I aged up 4 toddlers and two had the normal "C" grade student but the other two are SOMEHOW "F'' students and somehow one of the NOW kids got his aspiration completed and I didn't use a cheats to do ANYTHING! had to exit to the main menu and basically I had to age the kids up again
