How to reset sims skills, aspirations, etc to zero

I downloaded a sim from gallery that has most of her skilks maxed and most of the aspirations already complete plus already had a job and a club however I would like to start fresh with all this sim b...

Yeah, sometimes I have to click the twin button a few times before they are identical (or I at least think they are). I wonder if making two versions of the same sim have a child in CAS would fare better?
