But what do you mean by repealing the normal way does nothing? Your sims goes out to collect signatures and the other sims always turn them down? Try making your sim Confident and never ask for a signature if the conversation is not "Pleasant".

Yep, cheat-repeal is quicker. If you go through the normal process, the repealed NAP will get removed on Monday and you have to wait a full week to vote for a different one. I usually collect five siggies, then cheat-repeal and then vote a new NAP within the same voting period.
