I can't find out how to take the new survey that is mentioned at the sim's community site? any help?

At the sim's community info page, it can be found by going to the sim's community site, they mention a new survey that has been released, it's an official survey from the developer's I believe, I cannot find out where to go or what to click on to take the survey and the page is lagging bad for me making it even more difficult. Anyone know exactly where to go to take the new survey or what to click on?
