This happens without upgrades on an off the grid lot.. it says something about adding an insect farm to prevent it but, I havn't tried that or know why an insect farm would be useful.

My sim lives in an apartment but I guess I could add an insect farm to it.

Yes, my Child Sim had the toilet erupt in flames whilst he was using it. This was after the patch for Eco Living. Thankfully, they seemed to have fixed it for those of us who don't have that EP. Or, at least I've never experienced it again. Phew!

I think you can gather the compost and feed it to the insects, but I'm not sure.

btw to add to this i recently had fire break out with fireproof upgraded fireplace with autolight on so :neutral:
